First time selling house. Appreciate opinions from tai ko here,
I would like to sell my house, after earnest deposit received by property agent, next 14 days later have to sign Sale & Purchase Agreement ; the term day consider working day or day as per calendar days and if I use same lawyer as buyer, do I need paid any thing to the lawyer.
2nd I request the buyer use standard Sale & Purchase Agreement for the transaction, but how I now the Sale & Purchase Agreement used are standard with any special term and condition. Due to I am using buyer lawyer, so I thinks the lawyer will not tell me if got any hidden special term.
If I employed own lawyer, what are the standard cost.

Thanks you will need to pay even if you use the buyer's lawyer; therefore, go get your own lawyer better so that your lawyer can read if there's any hidden special term
