Problem Encountered : i have just bought my iphone this evening, n paid for it to b jailbreak. then my brother so clever went n try to install some apps name iblacklist from cidya. (thats the first apps installed from cydia). when the installation is completed, it said (Reload Springboard) so he clicked it, n the iphone went ....freeze. like totally freezing since three hours back. T_T the time didnt change, nothing changed, like totally frozen like that and then i noticed the the bar for Maxis up there is empty...like got ni line like that.

Steps Taken So Far : tried to clik home button, tried to run my finger everywhere on d screen...nothg happen.after like 45 minutes, tried to switch it off, but nothing happens also. still frozen like that till now...few hours d. T_T

Need help here. I have downloaded the Digi ipcc 3.1 after updated on my phone already.
I already enable Carrier Bundle Support in iTunes.

I still cant see my Cellular Data Network.
And I lost my tethering function. Thanks for any help.
Edit: I found xCool Digi.ipcc and updated it to my phone.

I have the option of Cellular Data Network now but I still lose my Internet Tethering function.
Is that very important?

I'm planning to upgrade my firmware from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3

I already have my SHSH file kept on Saurik's server, so i just need to edit my host file and point it to saurik's server.

my question here is, can i just go into itunes and then click shift + restore when my phone is running in normal mode, or do i need to put my phone into DFU mode?

wanna ask why my iphone 3gs screen only shows 4 icons instead of 16 icons? and the screen resolution is small T.T

You will need it in DFU mode.

i double checked. i actually don't need to be in DFU mode as it is needed only when downgrading.

since i'm upgrading from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3, recovery mode is good enough.

but i realised many apps like whatsapp and games are running in background..so when im outside and there's no wireless connection,i will get charged..so is there any way to turn off the digi internet?

I am using IPhone 3GS 16gb on 3.1.2 firmware. I wanted to upgrade to 3.1.3. Downloaded the firmware and hold shift + retore / shift + update to update in Itunes but both method is giving me error 3194.. any idea?

I can't change the duration of my auto-lock since iOS4.
Can it be changed without having the password lock enabled?
