Not trying to offend u or anything, bro..but since when maxis treat their customer differently...they trying to maximize their cost on serving their customer..u think advertising and building KIOSK machine nationwide is cheap??..Even thought that they have KIOSK machine..they still hired some staff to assist the customer when are not sure about what they are doing.. At least Maxis would now have a serious competitor so they won't provide crappy service to customers.I can see that Maxis trying to serve the people better...but I'm not so sure about the pricing..and I myself preferred DIGI better
