me received the invitation .. ( i am using Maxis .. I did register with digi online for this iphone )

BUT condition set by DIGI :

must collect at 1 utama on 3rd April 2010 ..otherwise NOT valid ...

meaning to say DIGI wanted to monitor the collection ..ok fine ..that's is their marketing method ..but what is the POINT for customers like me ..

I am not available to correct at 1 utama on 3rd april ...

when bother to set the" column" as where one prefer to collect in the website ..( i opt for collection at pavillion during register online with digi...

why can;t DIGI give us a "grace period" of one month (invitation ) to collect the iphone ....

so .. all in all .. this is another "SH%T" marketing strategy .... for what you know DIGI also do not have enough stock ...!!!
(just like Maxis b4 this )

so ... screw you ..DIGI ....!!!!

i don't see theres any problem with doing this. as a matter of fact, my colleague bought his maxis ivalue plan with iphone. he registered the ivalue plan to his own number and using it with his E72. he gave the iphone to gf, using Digi.

so right now he has 500mb quota on his E72.

purely want to maximise their profit and prevent someone complaining in lowyat that their prepaid credit has somehow mysteriously disappeared.

Eh, I don't quite understand the plan at all.

Aren't Iphone 3Gs 16GB + 6 months iDigi Plan = RM 2,144.00?

Iphone (RM 1,590.00) + (6 months plan ((RM 88 X 6) + 5%) = RM 554.40) =~ RM 2,144.00???

Since the digi outright sale still the same as Maxis.. this would hold the 2nd hand value of iphones..

Need cash is it?... take the 36 mths 0% installment.. but so long worrr.. like never ending.. by that time.. sudah got 5G Iphone.. hahaha...

If thats the case, Digi is really thinking small... they need more ppl to signup rather than segregate other non-Digi users

I am Maxis user currently... i got the mail from Digi to collect on the 13th....

if that is the case, wait till july then buy the new iphone (hopefully). I prefer 12months contract than 24mths

I think those who got the email to collect the iPhone, are those who are existing Digi customers (priority).

Because I signed up for it too, but I didn't get any email (I'm not on Digi).

Ppl always like to speculate.. i think la.. i thought la.. no wonder so many false rumours flying around... Get the facts right la dei..

Non-digi customers also received the notification..

Collection date is 31st March. But already installed iTunes biggrin.gif

Can I create iTunes account and download some apps today, then sync to the IPhone after I collected it tomorrow?

im in the same agreement with you, 12 months better la,at the end of the day your warranty also 12 months. Plus there always be new iphones in june, if you plan to recycle every year also still ok.
