Thanks

Hi splinter,

I signed up with digi on 28th April and I received my first bill too.
Did you check your bill online?

For digi, their statement date is 8th of every month. So, for us, it will be pro rated from April 22 to May 7th (for your case).
RM10 is the stamp duty as we are the new customer (just once off).
You will not be charged if you exceed the 1gb data.
How much is your total bill? Mine is 11.01 (RM10 for the stamp duty and 1.01 for international and toll free calls).
The rest is all waived as I did not exceed the free calls and sms usage.

A sad news for me ! sad.gif

When i went to subscribe a new iphone and intend apply EPP over 24months,but my credit card (american express) from maybank that unable go thru their machine !!! omg~ the digi staff told me Digi Center / Digi Shop unable help me do the EPP becoz my credit card is not Visa & Master.

If i want to buy it , i only can go to DiGi service center ( pavilion / time square) there allow me purchase it by Cash/Credit Card ! that mean i also cant apply EPP ~ so sad ~

finally ..that is no way to get it  sad.gif so sad

Yea, the digi specialised store dont even accept my Amex card eventhough I'm paying once off. Only Visa and Master allowed..else I can get double points with my Amex.

anyone know digi iphone package charging block and price? i made 5 calls to 0162118800 all gave me different answers. sick of them.
the answer i get from digi..

1. 30s block 15cent per block (can't do simple maths, can they?)
2. 1m block 15cent per block
3. 30s block 8 cent 1st block
4. 30s block 7 cents 1st block
5. 30s block 7 cents 1st block (after i pressed them and asked why my bill some charge 7 cent and some at 8 cents, they corrected themself and said it's 30s block. in a state of uncertainty!)

no specific way
check unbilled usage online in ocs.

filtered by sms or by call only
can even export the bill to excel and sort or sum up all the minutes/amount.

Yea..sms really expensive in this case..my last maxis plan, sms was only 0.01 cents per sms..but they had discontinued that plan.

good luck in reducing sms ya..maybe can opt to call them instead, since you havent fully utilised the free mins. wink.gif

955 SMSes... sweat.gif

My max was about 300++ only and that was for rare case sweat.gif

Since for iDiGi88: Call = RM0.15 while SMS = RM0.10, why not just call? laugh.gif

I wonder what makes the ivalue or idigi plan so attractive that people are taking it?

I personally took idata plan with my normal maxis plan. With my Maxis active10 or whatsoever they called it, I sms at the rate of RM0.01

With my RM50 limits, I could actually send 5000sms on paper calculation =P coz i never sent that much. Normally just about 1500 sms and calls. Never exceeded RM50.

With those idigi88 plans, 1500 sms would cost me, what 1300 x RM0.10 = RM130 additional to my RM88 plan? Is that wise? Correct me if I am wrong. The same also to ivalue plan by Maxis. It is just not flexible and why people even want to take it.

Just curious, no mean to offend anyone. Please enlighten me on why people choose ivalue/idigi plans.

1)On a broadband/bandwidth/payment perspective
Digi does not charge for additional bandwidth utilized. It merely downgrades to edge ( 128kbps). So 1GB bandwidth is basically unlimited. Especially if you need teethering often( u know this can easily blow up once u teether with your mobile)

2) Maxis 10 is the same with Digi Friendlist(or watever u call that thing u can add 5-6 people and get cheaper calls)

3) I'm not sure Maxis has that free calls to supp lines also? If they do, then good coz digi has em.

The only reason why i choose digi is
1) 0.15 cents flat rate
2) No need to pay for each KB once u exceed your quota ( Usefull for teethering users like me)
3)Overall its cheaper than maxis package (Pay 88 Ringgit is cheaper than maxis 150 package) ( Free 200 mins call which useful)

however this is coming from a digi perspective and user of 8 years. My bonus points are also quite a lot which allows me to use 600 points to knock off 12 ringgit from my bill LOL

Check your phone. Sometimes in certain places these tower have problem in handing over so suddenly you got lost of signal for long while and can't establish it back. You need to either put it in offline then online mode or switch it off then on. I noticed this happen to me in few same spot
