Hi PeeEl, can you give some hint and advice how to present the case in order to claim warranty just by presenting the warranty card. Reason being is I currently planning to purchase iphone from someone in the forum, digi set, but need to find out about future warranty claims.

It's better the wait 24hrs. I've tried to use internet once i check my plan was changed thru *128# and i called CS to confirm that i can online now. But still, they charged me GPRS charges.
Can call them up so that they discount it back on the next month bill~

Usually its the apps that hangs/freezes..... u can simply exit the app by the home button...

Or does yr unit HANGs totally??

Added on May 13, 2010, 3:37 amNormal. i also found out that digi so stupid told me my sup lines are 2 number but today i found out 1 line still not free calls after reviwing the bill.

I presented my case however they ask me to wait until 16th for the finalized bill and it will reflect to the 88 ringgit 200 mins calls and minus off. ( im not so sure why so stupid) but i will make sure i get a refund

I was playing the Ice Cream game for few round. Then suddenly it hangs.
There is no response when press Home button.
I need to press the Sleep button plus Home Button, waited for a while at the Apple screen, then only back to normal.
I'm worried, is the phone ok?
Should I bring to Digi Centre to check while the warranty still there?
I got my phone 10days ago.

Try to reset your iPhone reset all settings cause before I got problem abot iPod to increase the volume it keep maintain same place
