i gave them my contact. I got told them that i need it tomorrow because tomorrow is the only day i don't have any classes. I try to control my patience but so hard for me to take it that the phone i just purchased with a problem.

I am sorry if someone mentioned about this before:
1. Is the new iPhone sealed in a box when they open it for you?
2. Did they switch on the iPhone and activate it with a laptop for you?
3. When the new iPhone is not working, why did you take it home?

i'm guessing some people are taking it sealed back home for profit gains instead of using it for themselves.

If by following the process, they must ask you to test the phone and verify it. I know mine did ask and i tested on the spot for all the functions.

I'm sure this guy with the problem wants to sell it off as sealed item to fetch a higher price. Very SURE!

Depends on what model u get (16GB or 32GB) and what plan (88, 138 or 238), yr credit card MUST have the total credit charge available. IE 16GB + i88 = RM159X24 = RM3816. U then only pay the monthly installments to the bank each month (RM159) but yr available credit in yr CC will be lesser by RM3816. Bear in mind that if u take 32GB + i238, u need an available credit of more than RM6000.... ... read the installment plan on DiGi site... lazy to copy it for u... do yr own research...

Bring yr own sim card along, ask them so copy the contacts to the phone, then call yr wife.... then try swiping the screen.... if it works, then take possession... for the other functions, they will ask u to claim warranty when u find problems at home....

Google what an iPhone is all about.... its not a regular phone..... and good luck with owning one, or at least it will make yr wife happy by having games and stuff for her to kill time....

The new IPhone is sealed in a box when i purchase it and the dealer open it for me. If no mistaken, he got connected the iPhone to his PC when i purchased it. As i stated before, the phone only not working after i switched off and charged it for 8hours. Before i charged the phone, there is no problem on it.

iDigi88 for 24 mth: RM88 x 24 x 105% = RM2217.60
iPhone + iDigi88 24mth = RM1590 + RM2217.60 = RM3807.60
3807.60 / 24 = RM158.65

First, u need to have RM3807.60 credit limit available in your CC.
Second, when you subscribe at digi, they will swipe your CC with the amount of RM3807.60 with installment of 24mth.

So, everymonth your CC will charge you RM158.64 for 24 month.

After you have settle 158.64 for 24 mth, which is RM3807.60, your CC credit limit will be available back.


It just same like other easy payment scheme like you buy something at Senq, Senheng, Dell etc....

finally ,i understand it !

once i apply EPP ,my credit card is 4000 limit but it will hold 3.8k for iphone until i settle all over 24months~

which mean ,my credit card (4k limit) unable to use already ? becoz 4k limit -3.8k(iphone hold it) = 0.2k ,,only 200 credit limit for next 24months...

I'm not sure if Digi sells it without contract, but you can get it from Maxis. RM2490 for 16gb 3gs.
