Received my iphone last thursday.
Earlier last week, the Iphone 32 GB white all went out of stock at the Digi centre..
I got mine from the DIGI specialised store..

So far, having fun with it..just headache on what casing to buy..
Feel like getting a white leather SGP illuzion casing..

Ignore the GPRS charge. They charge me extra and says next month will discount back for me. The bill very confusing also~

Its like that one for the 1st month bill. They will charge you according to the package divided by the day of usage. Then if call charges > commitment, then only charge you extra.

why got digi 150 then below there got idigi88. i see i also confuse.

CC, however, is loved and accepted almost everywhere
Paying bills, and paying for a phone is different case so better ask for safety..

i dun und the bill as well . iszit ur old plan is dg150? when u bought ur iphone thn u change ur plan to idigi88.. since u use ur dg150 half of the mth n change it to idigi88, so they charge u previous plan amt usage plus ur idigi88 over quota charges??

i haven't got my first statement yet. but when i check it on the OCS.. i realize tat there might be some hidden charges on consumer.. i saw my unbilled transaction is jz only RM11.77 but the e billing (will be available to print soon) stated tat my current charge is RM20.16. the difference is so much. my total unbilled transaction is haven't deduct those free given quota tat is given on idigi88. after deduction, i dun think my charges will be till RM20.16 tis much..

gonna wait till the e billing statement is ready so tat i can view the list..

I think we need to see the next month bill only know how iDigi charge us. Or new subscribers can upload their bill screenshot?
There's a 5% tax of 24 month RM150++ and -RM150++ LOL...

Added on May 3, 2010, 12:40 pmMaybe u used less than the "Free Usage" given by iDigi88. Because the unbilled amount is everything... It doesn't care u got free usage or not. All usage is calculated 1st, den only deduct back in the end of your bill cycle.

Anyone has the experience dealing with iPhone exchange at DiGi?

When they change the iPhone for you, do they open up a new unit or they just replace you with another RMA-ed unit?

The exchange I mentioned here is you took the iPhone away today and then return to them tomorrow for an exchange when you found out visible defects and scratch on the phone itself.

If I exchange, I'll wait there until they take out new set..
I wont put my phone there and come back 2morrow..

What i read that the 5% charge is government tax. So yr Idigi88 plan will be around RM92+.

I heard that they don't even provide box for the exchanged unit.

BTW, that 5% is tax and you can't escape it.
