Got dictatorship here one meh? i wanna know the dirty bits of this school. haha

I know they finished reconstructing a portion of the admin building. Dunno for what purpose yet.

I can't spot the difference between before and after the renovation at all, at least for the exterior.
Anyone mind to sum up the discussion few posts ahead, about what torrent or what?
Exam yet to end, and it's somehow a zombie typing now!

they added some canvas roof thingy (similar to the Delifrance Bistro type) at the side side adjacent to the green building. But if it has been there before renovation, then I really dunno what they've done. haha

You start off with the MEng program regardless of which you applied. The offer will say BEng/MEng.

You actually need to qualify for the MEng program based on your 2nd year result. If cannot qualify then you will be streamed into the BEng program.

Difference is the path to getting Ir status.

1. It depends on your country but talking about here you can get a job just that the route to become a Professional Engineer is harder as Professional Bodies that are part of the Washington Accord wants you to have 4 years of education in Engineering and again I don't know about your country.
Yeah you can use it to apply to Masters programmes. As a qualification to become a PEng, the 3 year BEng is not enough but as an academic qualification it's recognized enough.

Hi Maziar,

Regarding the jobbing opportunities between a 3 years and 4 years, I think your referral (who let you know about Nottingham Malaysia, your friends or agents?) might have some clues about it. Or he/she won't be in a position to recommend us to you in the first instance, isn't it?
Anyway, for EE or its related, just for your information, the Intel plant in Malaysia doesn't really care about you being 3 or 4 years.
To be honest, the thing you might worry more could be the jobbing opportunities due to your nationality (there are bound to have companies that prefer locals over internationals), and perhaps your language (incompetence in Malay).

Every semester is same. Module Introductions. The module introductions can be quite important too, as it gets you prepared mentally and know what to expect throughout the entire module. If you really can't attend, I guess not much harm is done since you can ask a few friends anyway.

Gotta ask you a question..

I came across Packetix
http://packetix.net/en/secure/install/

Perfect solution for normal browsing such as facebook and blogger I believe. Secure VPN connection. Went through the steps of creating virtual network adapter. Then after configuring the client, successfully connected to Japan server. woot~.

But don't know how to use it with Chrome pulak. Help~ hmm.gif

Hmm you try and see... quite simple only.

1. I installed the client. Also set up virtual network adapter.
2. Inserted the VPN server and and port and authentication settings.
3. From the client, it said successfully connected to the Japan server.

But now, how to proceed with surfing?

The ActiveX is only for auto-installation of the client.

There's also an option for manual installation, which I've already done.

Now I'm at this stage (see image below), but don't know how to proceed with using it for browsing.

But I face a problem with this Packetix VPN, exactly as below.
The one below is actually a free trial given by one of the LYN seller.
I wonder if you have any ideas to solve such a thing.
