Could be affected by the hot weather as mine certainly does. So one question here guys, can the hot weather somehow raise the temperature of the GC (or PC) even though it has proper cooling/ventilation system?

sure the weather will affect the temperature, let had a example: mine Q6600 on day: idle 47+/- while load 56+/- night: idle 42+/- while load 55+/- note: all hardware housed in a well ventilated case
