yea, foreign student actually made the rental yield super attactive
in bukit jalil, they will go for one person per 1300 sq ft fully furnished (i.e. all in u just need to bring in cloth) condo for RM 2800. For some countries, the students get RM 5k to RM 6k living allowance per month. |
