I am also applying for Uni accommodation available for employee that costs:

Entrance Fees (Taken as "cleaning fees" when entering): Foreign researchers: 14,700 yen
Foreign researchers: 18,600 yen (monthly)
Water Rates: 1,500 yen (monthly)
Electricity Rates: 1,050 yen (monthly basic rate) + usage charges
Internet Access Fees: 2,730 yen (monthly)
Common Service Fees: 1,500 yen (monthly)

So, total might be less than 30,000 yen per month. Could anyone advise about usage rate for electricity rate?
I hope food in Todai is much cheaper compared to outside Uni.

If you get an e-mail from the @ezweb.ne.jp address... you should be able to simply reply back to that e-mail and it'll go through. One thing to take note, do not use rich text format but instead send in plain text.

Yes, if I remember correctly, I think we've mentioned this before. It depends on the security settings set by that person.

If there's no level of spam protection; then you should be able to send directly (just take note of the plaintext e-mail format I mentioned earlier). But if the person uses the spam protection option then; you'll need the other party to approve your e-mail address before you can send them e-mail or if the person e-mail you first then you reply back to that e-mail directly.
