I am in tokyo. Don't know the earth quake until I were at Ueno science museum, they called us out from the museum. Then walk around from ueno to ochanimizu station. Then go jimbocho take hanzamon line to kudashita. Can't reach my hotel area Hanzomon station. Then walk from Kudashita back to my hotel, grand arc hanzamon. Reached hotel, saw my belonging went astray, move one side.
Now felt the shake, go down hotel reception hotel. Ask them, they said safe. Wait a while not back to room.
How was tokyo condition? How long will the earthquake continue? Any website to refer, I saw the jap tv many info update but not understand.
Convieniet stalls all food sapu.....

@AngelLingLing: we feel shaking around 2.50pm tat time Disney parade just started. After few minutes it shake more seriously, all ppl r asked to sit at empty place. then wait wait wait until evening they start to distribute food and drinks. Weather also turning from sunny day to cloudy and drizzling. Strong wind make all ppl freeeezing out there. Afterward most of the ppl r arrange to stay inside building after Disney's staff inspect the building. The whole nite just cant sleep well, coz heard tat got tsunami happen out there and hp hardly online or make call.

Tokyo are back to Normal...only thing is Electricity not enough for whole city at one time. Gov have to seperate into 5 Zone. Each Zone have the blackout time.  Alot Tokyo people driving / take Taxi because the train are reduce 70%. Petrol at Tokyo City no problem. Every station also go petrol. Even people can go Yokohama to fill petrol.

福島第1原発では、ポンプなどによる冷却機能を回復させるために、外部から電源を取り込む作業が進められている。
福島第1原発では、夜を徹して2号機に電源を供給するための作業が続けられている。
東京電力は、19日中にこの作業を終えたいとしている。
電源の復旧は、津波の損傷が比較的小さい2号機を優先し、19日未明からおよそ1.5kmのケーブルを引く作業が急ピッチで進められている。
東京電力によると、作業が困難で、予定よりも遅れてはいるが、19日中には2号機に電源を供給したいとしていて、そのあと、20日以降は、ポンプなどの損傷チェックを行う方針。
緊急炉心冷却装置などのシステムが起動できれば、大きな効果が期待できるが、津波で損傷を受けた機器も多く、手探りの作業になるとみられる。
一方、4号機の電源復旧作業も同時に進められていて、20日までに作業を終えたいとしている。
