I've heard some banks transfer their execs to Japan. Yet, like Heterosapiens have said, it's very tough and competitive to get employed in Japan; high unemployment rate among Japanese natives and why should they even consider hire a 'gaikokujin'?
Best bet would be, take any job you can get your hands on, such as restaurant waiter, mover, transporter or cleaner. It may sounds demeaning but take it as it goes, work (and learn Japanese) while looking for a better opportunity.
The only recruitment site i know is daijob; not sure it works though, but you can give it a try.
daijob? ok cool. i will take that into account and keep my options open. thanks bro really appreciate it.
those job you mentioned is not something im really keen for but i wont mind doing it for short period in order to find more opportunities but i reckon it wont be enough to support a family especially living in tokyo unless i stay with my mum in law which i dont feel like doing. ahhhhh this is so hard

lol, in this case, then you need to find companies that uses english as their main language. As it is going to be pretty tough to get JLPT Level 2 in 2 years. From your previous post, I sense the urgency to move to Japan like within 6 months or something, which means getting transferred within that short duration of time is sort of impossible. But if you are looking at a longer timeline, then it does sounds possible. Although, I would rather apply directly to the Japan branches instead of hoping for something uncertain like a transfer request to be approved.
*Btw, for your information - PsyCHZZZ does not work in a banking industry, and I'm not sure about tatsuyachiba, but both of them are very helpful and friendly. Worth to try to ask them.
There is one big reason why they would prefer to hire non-japanese as their staff - their company needs staff who can speak in other languages besides nihongo, especially english. For example, some IT company servicing international clients. The point is that, the language matters a LOT in hiring foreign manpower for japanese companies.
well yeah my target to move there would be next year.. im really stuck and i dont know where to start
im going through hard time making my wife happy. she complains basically about EVERYTHING. food, weather, people, homesick, environment.
i dont regret marrying her cause shes the best but to other malaysians if ure thinking marrying jap think carefully unless u dont mind migrate to japan which i need to do atm.
back to job searching, i will keep in mind with the things u told me. if JLPT2 is hard to obtain within 2 years then i must put extra effort learning and make it happen. shit this is gonna be tough have to stop playing games lol. what about malaysian based company in japan? not much?
