it's my RAM memory running in the correct way ??

i saw my dram frequency only running 750mhz only ..suppose it will run 4000mhz right ?? since i got the 2 x ddr3 kingston value 1333mhz ram ..
need some guide here ..
Ram memory problems ..., need your help!
