Investment gov loan vs bank loan, for buying houses

i'm a medical officer who working with gov and i wish to buy a house... but in long term i would probably leaving gov if i got better offer from private.. should i take the gov loan now and later change to bank loan if i resign from gov or should i just take the bank loan now?? and i want to know which bank offer the lowest interest now? hope somebody can give me an opinion.. thanks

Do they require you to refinance once you decided to quit the government? If I recall correctly you don't have to do that. Just that instead of paying direct from your salary, now you have to use cash and pay them monthly. Go check once again.

according to their sales advisor if i quit from gov i nid to refinance again my home loan.take loan from bank n pay to gov.
