I have problem here . Just now I used Nokia Software Updater to update the firmware in my E72 , in the process the program shut down my E72 and a messege show that the program had lost connection with my E72 . But then I can't switch on my E72 anymore , have to take out the battery and replace it again for restart . Anybody know what is the problem ? By the way , mine is original set .
Thanks !

I just google my E72's problem and found that the issue is quite common in other countres , and even Nokia's technician can't solve the problem .

QUOTE(beatlesalbum @ Mar 21 2010, 11:48 PM) Hi i just bought a e72 grey metal recently avaxx set. I notice there is light leakage at the keypad at the left side. The picture can better describe it. THere is a small space on the left side where it can collect dust and light leaks out. Here is another view of the whole keypad » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Here you can notice the leakage is more on the left side. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Is this normal or should i go to Nokia SC to get this rectified? My wife and me just bought 2 set of original E72 this month , and our E72 have this problem too . I think it is common .
