Currently i am using my old phone using Nokia PC Suite too to synchronize all these message, contact, calender, between my phone and pc.

I haven't bought this E72 yet, if next time i switch to this E72 & using Ovi Suite, can I transfer all my message, contact, calender, etc. to this new E72 phone ?

Other than Newer Software of Ovi Suite, actually what's the MAIN Difference between these Nokia PC Suite & Ovi Suite when using it with Nokia E72 ?

I was worry if I change my phone to Nokia E72 later, cannot transfer to new phone.

I've never use Ovi Suite before.

U mean the "sync features" is the one came with Nokia PC Suite called "Nokia PC Sync", rite.
AM I rite, if I only want to Transfer my Contact/Calender/SMS, I can install Nokia PC Suite ONLY (eventhough Nokia website say E72 need use Ovi Suite)
& use the component called PC Sync features to Backup my Old Phone & Restore it to the new E72.

i cant type the "." in calculator, can any1 help?

Mine calculator working fine....can type decimal point with "." key.

As for the light leak under home key, mine got tiny leak only....It hardly to see it even i did't notice it....so for me it not a problem.....

Yes, mine can type '.' using "." key in calculator app.....all +,-,/,X can be operate using the key pad.

I'm using the latest firmware 023.... try change the writing language as suggested....hope that can solve your problem

hey guys. i found that my phone cannot insert desimal point "." when using calculator. i pressed # and nothing happens. so how should i insert my decimal point?

The Ovi map is not up-to-date one, so you won't able to find your exact location...you only manage to find the area.

For example if you leave in an apartment said Block E and your house number is 1-1, your area is taman desa or lorong desa......you only able to find taman desa or lorong desa. You won't be able to find your apartment location like Block E1-1, taman desa / lorong desa....

That's what happen to me.....

what I mean is Ovi map is not up-to-date one.....not like malfreemap.....

You need to setup your home location.....maybe you can check with your colleague setting....follow the same as his/her...

a) Integrated GPS
b) Network based

if tick assisted GPS - need to pay

2) Positioning server
a) Access point - What is your? Mine is DiGi WAP coz I'm using DiGi

Hi dude, i got the same problem with you last time. But my was solved after i correct the settings and restart the phone. You don't need the data plan for it. Just correct the settings as lhooipig advised, then restart your phone. Go to outdoor and open the GPS data [Applications > GPS > GPS data > Option > Satellite Status] and spend few minutes to let it detect the signal. When signal detected, those grey bars will become in blue. I tried and works for me

Yeah i agree..and 1 more thing..i found out that Nokia Care at Pyramid is quite good..went there last week to report about my problem..then they straight away said they will get the parts for me asap. 1 week time they called back and get it done for me..Went to Nokia Care at One Utama the other day, report about my problem..they said they have to send my phone back to nokia HQ for them to authorize whether can claim or not..need 2 - 3 days time to authorize..then only they decide can fix for me or not..   I ask them..what is there to authorize?? my phone got problem then it's your duty to fix for me..still wanna wait for approval only fix??What for i buy ori then? Pyramid's Nokia care did it for me with no questions asked. Thumbs up for them.

Anyone can tell me is it the optical navi key is not function (can't scroll down) when i switch to toolbar (eg: scene modes, flash mode...) for camera?

i c bro if updated d new firmware sure d optical navi can work in toolbar for camera function?
