how to change the product code???

anyone know where i could change the keypad of E72 to another version? The one i had had some characters on it... I want to change to just English alphabets..

i just notice there is a problem with my e72, where sometime the icons seem like damage. this problem is not always but hapen sometimes. like today i notice my misscalled icon is damanged and show like some funny stuff.

this is bug or what? thinkin of upgrade the firmware. but not sure howto.. any 1 can share tips on how to upgrade the firmware?

Hi Guys, need a little help here, I'm a prepaid user. all this while after a call been made my E-72 will always display the outstanding balance. My son play around with the phone and now it will no longer automatically display the balance. Anyone know how to re-activate it again?
