The last time I updated my firmware, my phone was totally formatted, still I got backup then. Then this time I do the same thing first before update my firmware again but what you know? After the update was finish, I was expecting a new phone with no software, then when I check all the software is still intact...cool ! the new firmware is very smart now. err.....that works on my E72...I dont know whether its a smart firmware or not...so backup first ok nod.gif
