i saw someone reporting on the nokia forum too.
but no one replied.
i wonder what is the problem.
the problem only came out last week.
before this i can sync everything easily

didn't work too.
now only bluetooth can be used to connect to the laptop

Have you try using other usb port? If still cannot try using other PC or laptop with the latest PC Suite or Ovi Suite? If try already still the same, it could be the usb cable issue

Try to connect your phone using PC Suite Mode. Than launch the PC suite. Click on Setting and select manage connections. Tick on USB cable and ok. smile.gif

haihz.. mine when updating keep on say connection error...ovi and nsu lost conenction wiht ur phone.. please remove usb cable and restart it.. my phone screen will go blank..have to remove battery and even when u restart it.. will still say conection error...how how how? =(

i managed to backup using pc suite already tongue.gif
then NSU didn't work.
so i updated using OVI suite, halfway connection error.
this time wasn't because of usb, but network connection

I think it was due to the internet disruption connection problem facing by TMNuzt (http://www.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2010/4/24/nation/6125736&sec=nation).....

If not critical wait after the internet disruption issue solve and try again or if you have other ISP connection which has stable connection, then you can try it.

so this means the problem is entirely caused by the connection zit? my maps cannot get a lock even when i disable A-GPS...sien dao...

In house or building sure cannot lor.. U need to do it at open air.. Disable agps will take u a good 5-15 minute to lock.. U enabled it.. Will take only 30sec to 1 minute..
