but it showing usb connection problem.

try updating your Ovi Suite to latest version

update ed..jz nw i update for other application den ok..but turn to software update, straight change to usb connection problem.

Hmm , I watched some YT reviews . In terms of the optical track pad and internet browsing , how is it ?

for real internet experience e72 isnt the best but its small and amazing battery life.

AT LAST updated to latest firmware.. yay....

So how is this phone compared to the BB 8520 , 8900 and 9700 ?

AFTER install the latest firmware i goto option>setting> access point >
i only have DIginet and dont have option ASK always. is latest firmware change this option?

Which option you go first?

Menu -> Ctrl panel -> Setting -> Connection -> Destinations -> Options -> Default connection -> "Always ask"

E72 is not design for easy internet browsing. The optical track pad might not feel good to everyone. I suggest you test use the phone at any phone shop to see whether you like it or not. That is what I did before I buy the phone

Internet -> Web -> options -> settings -> general -> access point -> always ask

tis the correct way..

Settings->Connections->Destinations->Option->Default Connection->Always Ask

i had a problem with software updating here!
i try to update my software tru ovi suite, / pc suite / manual .. all methods i had tried but its just not working..

on the other hand, my phone bluetooth just cant get connected to my laptop.

please i need help !

been trying to update firmware for 2 days now.. my streamyx keep dc at the last moment.. 90% that time sure dc again .. fukk la ..

dont overdo it....wait few more days until your line stable first, NSU very sensitive to these

usb type bluetooth or built in ? U connect through cable or bluetooth?

i've got a problem here.
hopefully i could get some useful tips.
i cant seem to connect my e72 to the ovi suite/pc suite as normal.
meaning, it says connected but when i want to sync, it says put it into pc suite mode.
the fone is already in pc suite mode.
and when i try to back up, it says usb connection error.
or when i wanna update to the latest firmware, NSU cant detect my fone.
and ovi suite can detect but when i want to update, it says usb connection error.
btw, i'm using the latest NSU and Ovi suite version.
