Well, it depends.

Reason is, more office workers eating in McD, due to lunch meal (RM 5.xx)....

Eating chap fan (literally.......mixed rice), costs RM 4 on average (unless you only scoop curry gravy ) and excluding drinks.

Chinese food, some of those are oily though.

I guess, i need to hit the wok in future.

I think fast food outlet can stave off price increase better than hawkers because they buy supplies in bulk. There is more flexibility for them to change price (up or down)

Be noted, eating McD also may seem affordable, not good for health.

Indian food is very flavourful, but for modern lifestyle............er......be careful.

I can't say all Chinese food unhealthy, because Chinese cuisine is very diverse.
