QUOTE(Naoki @ Mar 24 2010, 06:10 PM) Those liter bikes(1000cc) are maybe your dream bike but I don't think you shall get it for your first bike.. even a 600cc sport bikes are not easy to control. 1000cc sport bikes are absolutely not for beginner. 1 mistake could bring you to death and there's no way to buy back your life with money. 250r 2nd may cost u 16k..but an old r1 maybe just 20k..hard to choose sometimes.. |

But i was thinking..if i would buy a 1997 zxr this year..after 3 years lets say..omg..the bike is 16 years old..if i spend on a 08 250r..after three years its only 5 years..erm..sometimes really hard deciding which is the best choice ...
but seriously..i;m currently staying in Sban..U kno wat..is so damn hard to find 2nd superbike here..we have only one shop selling superbike ..and the price..sigh..1997 zxr250 with lousy paint and many scratches..exhaust with uneven surface..30% of tyre remaining(strips)..the boss give me 14.5 k..well lets say he give me a discount..14k?omg..maybe cause its the only place selling it i thinkl.. but there's one thing i'm worry about is..when i'm test-riding the bike..with no sports bike experience..(jus cupcai)...kinda scary.. |

QUOTE(ridox_orimabu @ Mar 29 2010, 11:16 AM) In this case, its up to ur own budget and view. Like me, i will try to search a bike in the 90's pricing at Rm10k. With some contacts and all, i think i can buy it at a much cheaper price. So not necessarily u limit your find at Seremban. U might wanna search at KL area since there's not much of a choice there. A new Kawa..for me its kinda too expensive. Rm18k above for 250R. even tho the year count is whole lot more lesser, i don't think i'm gonna stick to a 250 more than 3 years. Like my case, i was planning to train my self in a 250 bike before upgrade to a 600cc bikes. Those 3 years, will be nothing but a training purposes for me. Ofcoz, older bikes u gotta pay cash. not sure if loan can be manage..maybe a personal loan between u n the previous owner. what bike are you riding btw? That's my concern too. since i will take my license this May, that officially put my first riding test n the second one would probably on the bikes that i would buy during that time. i might destroy it on my first ride. haha! |
