astro problem, got problem with my astro decoder

sorry if this isnt the right place, but I am having the following problem:
I can turn on the decoder only up until the clock shows time. Once I try to turn on, it will then shows -.-; then blank, then shows the clock back.
Any idea what might happened?

no, the normal grey one.
I can turn it on, only up until it shows clock. Once i tried to access any channel, it will somehow restart, and back to showing clock.

Call Astro CS. Possible due to bad firmware upgrade.

Better call the CS straight away and report the faulty issue. You may damage the decoder and they may charge you for something which is completely not your fault.
