Wat u all think of the place?

Looks nice. But how is the traffic there? I know during peak hours getting out and in of Puchong area is a nightmare.

be specific, which part of Puchong r u talking about, even Dengkil is part of Puchong

not a bad place if on budget
even better if u work at cyberjaya

is it under cons?..how reputable the developer?

if u are on budget, this place is not bad. Compare few years back the enviroment of TPU so much better now.

barely 5 minutes drive to Bandar Puteri, IOI Jusco, Tesco and Giant, very ideal location. And its freehold too.

new phase not sure, but if u r talking about those existing house then its freehold.

Who told you Puchong don't have freehold house plenty around, Taman Wawasan, Puchong Jaya, Bandar Puteri, Bandar Kinrara all this is freehold, while leasehold are for places like Lake Edge, Mutiara Puchong, Taman Kinrara etc.

Traffic condition depend on hours, peak hours every where is traffic jam not just in Puchong. Usually its rush hour that build up the traffic crawl like morning around 6.45am to 7.30am and afternoon time around 6pm to 7 something. If u stay long enough u will know which is the shortest route to take becos now u can go thru between garden of Puchong thru residential road,they link quite a few of them already.

Alot of free hold nearby puchong utama area, Bandar Bukit Puchong,Taman Meranti Jaya,Taman Puchong Tekali,Taman Putra Prima..... Who say Don't have??

Coz i staying at cheras, found out this from website, - so asking for some feedback

My relative bought at Aman Sari Puchong - is this freehold or lease?

From what I see from google map. It's very near to factory.

Aman Sari is leasehold.

looks like its a nice offer, too bad no money now, if they still have smth like this next year, confirm i will go for it. hard to get a new link house around 200-250k nowadays especially in puchong.

I called up last month (january), no more int.
phase 8B 450k still got.

Not bad though..
It is quite near to Bandar Puteri Puchong.

One thing for sure, it is located near Kampung area and factory area.

Are you planning to buy a unit there? I am actually planning to get Phase 8B but not really decided yet.

Phase 8B- out of my budget

I think not gated at that factories n kampung area, it is overpriced

i think its guarded not gated.
