I'm also in the same boat, but looking @ the Toshiba and Sharp models. There is a thread here about the Toshiba ZV600E and owners are really happy with its picture quality. I havent read much feedback from Sharp A77 owners, so I'm leaning towards the Toshiba.

From a price standpoint, LG LH50 is the cheapest of the bunch, its the best buy for those with budgets below RM3K.
