Hello,
emm. i just bought my earphone from DAViS but sadly the item not working properly.
then he ask me to send back the item to service center. so i did what he say.
now new problem appeared, they say the address i try to send the item not available!
and now time is very limited for me because i need to send the warranty card within 7days after purchasing date,
i send it with the item together with the warranty card like DAViS told me to do and if they send me back the item, the warranty will void.
well not if actually, i have call them 1-300-300-300, they said gonna send back the item to "pengirim"
and now what can i do?

wait. just now i called sennheiser service center, they say the address is correct.
and i called again pos laju, they said my item ready to go to KB, they ask me to call KB office, KB office ask me to call phone number that doesn't valid.

well i send the item from Rantau Panjang post office to this address.

Mypantrade (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

but they said the address didn't find/exist. so they just decide like that to send the parcel back to me.

should i try send the item with another courier? i called the warranty office they said the address is correct already, n they haven't move yet.
my handwriting skill also quite fine, i think everyone can read my handwriting.

just go to the HQ in if i didnt remember wrongly is in PJ and complain them, take the original delivery slip there and ask for a resend and told the people there their staff claim the add. is not valid, the peoples in HQ should be able to help, if not ask for a refund since they didn't even know how to post a parcel.

actually i didn't how to argue for this sort of thing, last time i call them ,they said i can only lodge a complain if unsatisfied with the service.
+ i need very2 concrete evidence/reason/point to argue with this thing.

what if they agree to re-send the item and still didn't find the address?
I'm scare i will losing my parcel if forcing them like that to send the item. and later more problem comes.

and why they didn't even bother to call the receiver(office) before making a decision?
how come the postman didn't even manage to find the office as state on the pos laju slip. and the office open till 6.00PM(i ask the receptionist), the office phone number also state as well in the slip..they didn't post in night time rite?

can recommend me another good,fast,reliable courrier service in malaysia?
