emm. i just bought my earphone from DAViS but sadly the item not working properly.
then he ask me to send back the item to service center. so i did what he say.
now new problem appeared, they say the address i try to send the item not available!
and now time is very limited for me because i need to send the warranty card within 7days after purchasing date,
i send it with the item together with the warranty card like DAViS told me to do and if they send me back the item, the warranty will void.
well not if actually, i have call them 1-300-300-300, they said gonna send back the item to "pengirim"
and now what can i do?
wait. just now i called sennheiser service center, they say the address is correct.
and i called again pos laju, they said my item ready to go to KB, they ask me to call KB office, KB office ask me to call phone number that doesn't valid.
