Im wondering how much would a samsung or sony full HD 40-50 inch tv would be back home. Doesnt really matter if its plasma or LCD, maybe not LED though, too expensive. Im thinking whether to bring my TV over back home or sell it here before i come back (am in UK). Probably can sell it for 250-300 pounds and would have to pay 200+ pounds for freight charges so im thinking if its worth it or not.

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, apologies in advance if its not.

I guess its probably the best you keep it, if you insist to sell it , you can put it up on Home & Electronics thread for sale.. rclxms.gif blush.gif

By the time you reach Malaysia, there will be newer and better models available.
Don't just focus on Sony.
Look thru this section for other models & makes pros and cons comments from real owners!

you're kinda asking the wrong questions here... I was looking at LCD TVs yesterday and I found the pricing for HDTVs are really crazy... 40-50" full HD starts from as low as RM28XX right to RM12XXX. sweat.gif

Yes, if you are looking at other brands like Toshiba, Panasonic or Sanya, a 40' TV ranges from RM3K to RM4K.
