I bought a Lancool PC-K62 few days ago,

that time when i install mobo,i already got some little trouble, rclxub.gif

the mobo can't seem to fit the casing hole,"senget" a little bit,but still can screw it

then today my hd4670 arrive rclxms.gif

i can't seem to install the gc,then i unscrew the mobo and it fit right in the slot,

one problem after another,i can't screw the mobo at all,

it got away from the casing hole (more "senget)

i can only screw the upper part of the mobo, hardly doh.gif

any of you can tell me what i did wrong here?

or who have this case and mobo combination,

pls HELP me cry.gif

Can show how does it look like from below? Under your graphics card. By the way, try screwing the outer screws 1st. Upper right and bottom right.

You can't push your motherboard to fit those holes? What is blocking, actually?

I have the similar problem like yours. But what I did is just push the mobo until I can screw. Even the I/O panel now is curve outwards.

First of all, make sure the motherboard backplate or I/O shield is properly installed. Then screw in the holes on opposite sides of the motherboard first. hmm.gif

Thx for all you guys help, but it doesn't work,

yes,the problem comes from i/o panel at first, but that time i still can screw,

due to the the hole not so "senget"

but then my gc just won't fit (see pic below) then i unscrew my mobo,

install the gc,my mobo holes don't fit the case holes already doh.gif

i don't think i can push it as its block by the gc,

if push kaow kaow,i scare i will break both the mobo and the gc rclxub.gif

here is some pic after wasting 2 hours of my life trying to configure whats wrong(no result, still the same shakehead.gif )

without the i/o panel:

Attached Image Attached Image

with i/o panel (with some effort still can scew):

Attached Image

The gc just won't fit if the mobo are scewed:

Attached Image

After the gc fit (i unscrew all the srew):

Attached Image

See the cap between the case and mobo -

Before install gc (can't install it like this, the gc will somehow stick with the mobo, hard to explain):

Attached Image

after install gc (the mobo go backward away from the case holes):

Attached Image

Any other idea? hmm.gif

does the mobo tray flex??

got this similar problem with a diff casing and mobo.

end up installing the thing with the case standing up instead of lying it on the side.
