Debian into China and Japan

The statement in the question is incorrect.

Debian is not an addition to RedFlag or TurboLinux.

Debian is a standalone Linux distribution that was first released in 1993[1].

RedFlag Linux, on the other hand, is a Chinese Linux distribution developed by Red Flag Software that was first released in 1999[1].

It was based on Red Hat Linux and was designed for use in the Chinese market[1].

TurboLinux is another Linux distribution that was developed in Japan and was first released in 1992[2].

It was also based on Red Hat Linux and was designed for use in the Asian market[2].

While Debian, RedFlag, and TurboLinux are all Linux distributions, they are separate and distinct from each other.
