Hello people, just got my persona elegance h-line yesterday. I noticed when i open the boot, the door indicator light doesn't lit. Need to go to sc to check. Overall the car is very good. Full tank is RM75 with RON97. FC is 7.3L/100KM on highway with the speed of 110km/h. Town or city will increase to 7.9 or 8L/100KM. The cruise control is pretty cool. Better to cruise above 80km or otherwise the engine will struggle to maintain the rpm at low speed (i guess fc will be more at low speed when cruising).

I tried speeding at highway, what on the earth! i went 180km/h for few seconds, then slow down to 160/km, .. i was thinking, why i cannot feel anything, then slow down to 140km, "Why i feel this car going so slow? i dont feel nervous at all," very less vibration and handling + cornering is superb!! lol forced my self to go back to 110km/h, 120 also cannot feel anything. I feel my persona is "My mercedes" hahaha lol!

Aircond if i set to the max speed is like in the aeroplane. Alarm can wake up whole kl. very very loud! honk people also maybe can give heart attack. Can remotely release the trunk. COOL!~

But one thing, when i turn off my car, lock the car, sometimes the fan on by it self??? is that normal? Any comments from Elegance user?

previously i drove saga, viva, honda prelude h22a and peugeot 405. Persona elegance.. not bad. hehe. i shot up to 180 only for a few seconds. i was eager to test the top speed of course after getting my new car. thanks for the info. the fan spins like my peugeot 405.. viva saga honda got no problem for the fan spinning after engine is off.

haha, actually not yet limit. still can go more, but i don't want to anymore. I didn't downgrade lah.
i drove for more than 200km before i push the limits. when i reach the highway i speed till 180 for about 15 sec, then drop and cruise at 110. no big deal. my saga .3 12005 model when i first got the car i speed until 175 non stop from perak to kl no problem also. that was the last batch that is not computerized. so i cabut the thermostat and the car does not heat up. tune the carburator and adjust the valve till it can reach 195 and fc is same as viva for proper driving.

i noticed on bumpy roads, rear left side got whistling sound like tikus. dunno coming from which part. I tried to push the seats, pull the seat belt, open the boot and press press but no sound. need to go sc and fix the door indicator light for the trunk as well as check the irritating cute whistling sound. lol

RM75 for 430km with caltex ron97. Any advice on other petrol? Shall i try Shell since its lebeh kilometer?

wha lao eh, how come so cepat makan minyak one your car?? u got rev until rpm 6.5 ah? hehe
