what about 205/50,60/R15 tires??...wondering does it affect the acceleration and FC since the tires slightly bigger....and how long have you use the tire??....changing?? brows.gif ....my PP2 used for 15000km plus..still have 90% thread left..and i see the thread wont bald... laugh.gif
*
Won't bald? I think you overinflate the tyre.. whistling.gif cool2.gif My current set of tyre clocked 23k km d..still have 55-60% tread left. Early of next month do 50k service plus tyre changing..

205/60/15, cannot fit..tall sidewall, too bulky, not nice.
205 is wider, sure no power..hence i find 195/55/15 or 195/50/16 just nice, maybe 205/50/16.

Anyone mod their tail light to have extra bulb on each side? (the 3rd circle is empty for earlier version of persona)  How much to do it?
*
I read in motortrader, one forummer did that already..forummer name Slingshot if i'm not mistaken.

Saw an accesories shop near my working place, offer me to change both rear bulb to led..socket no need mod, just plug and play, but abit pricey so i dun do it.

primacy lc? i'm eyeing for that too for my next set of tyres to replace the stock ones now. typically how long can our tyre last for normal driving condition?
i noticed that my front tyres thread are not as deep anymore. perhaps time to change tyre in another 5K km? mileage now already around 22-23K km.
*
Swap and rotate every 8k km, last you 40k km.

haha... now i already realized my tires are getting very thin, it is time to change the tires. If wanna convert to 16" plus tires = 4k at least  rclxub.gif
most probably same problem like jasondotcom, warped disc.
Just now was doing 170km/h at the MEX highway onwards to cyberjaya. Steering feels nice when climbing to 170. Try to go and check the tires balancing and do alignment at the same time. As for me, i always visit the tire shop once in 10 - 15k to redo my tires, so my handling can be kept to perfection  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
I did alignment and balancing every 8k km..all 4 tyres wear out evenly, nice..

Now i put in 31psi front, 29-30psi rear only. Pressure monitor during cold..shell station is just 100m away from my house.

Rubber compound usually getting harder towards end of its lifespan..ride is harsh compare to fresh tyre rclxub.gif

Yes! Did my own DIY engine wash few days ago..did a big mistake because forgot to cover fusebox.

Better safe than sorry, cover up fusebox and it is recommend to use blower to blow dry after rinse.

Here are some shots. Cover the fuse box..spray on Duragloss APC(1:5 dilution), i don't brush on any parts..just rinse with water. Engine block dirty stain cannot be removed..

Not bad for 31months old car.
