7.5l=100km
1 liter = 13.33 KM
RM1.80 = 13.33KM
RM0.135  =1KM

nahh..it is possible to achieve RM0.13-RM0.14 per KM with auto. 0W-30 /0W -40W engine oil and a light foot  brows.gif

i guess you get the 7.5L per 100km from the meter reading, it's totally not true if you calculate manually.

my meter always show between 7.0L - 7.2L per 100km but in truth the oil consumption is between 0.18 - 0.20 per km

mine AFC meter can't be trust it's shown more than that.I calculated it manually. Will do it one more time.Anyway there are lot of variables involve.Maybe i can get that figure because i don't carry any passenger everyday ,drives more on non peak hours and my weight is less than 70KG.

ya FC is very subjective it depends on a lot of factor. same car doesn't mean it will have the same fc

The 1.6 litre Campro engine in the Persona is the same 82 kW (110 hp) unit used in other Proton models but with an improved cast aluminum oil pan design that reduces the chances of damage. A transmission control unit re-calibration on models with automatic transmissions reduces the hunting of gears and improves gear changes in an attempt to mask the dip in the torque curve in the lower and middle rev ranges. It has been announced that in early 2008 the Persona will be equipped with new Campro engines that incorporate a new variable-geometry intake manifold module (Campro IAFM engine) which improves low-end torque and high-rev breathing.

i guess all persona manufactured after 2008 should come with IAFM module

if not mistaken open pod good for manual transmission. drop in best for auto transmission. blush.gif

Added on February 28, 2010, 10:00 pmtoday just flow out my motor oil which have been over added since last service. after 3k of mileage using the petronas syntium 800, the motor oil was so damn dirty....btw, current level for my motor oil is 5mm lower from the max level. this should be ok rite? accidently drop the nut whn try to withdraw the oil, and the motor oil flow out a lot...i guess around 800ml flow out (half bottle of 1.5l coca cola bottle). after that i went for test drive, wah...the car really light a lot.....

nice rear lamp. wonder how it shines in the dark.
wonder if this HU gives better radio reception than the current one. if yes, might consider to change to this as well.

QUOTE(yhanwong @ Feb 27 2010, 09:11 AM)
ya.. it is air compressor. the sc claim that can increase pickup, better burning fuel, cleaner engine. and bla bla..

it purpose is to put more air to the fuel combination and burn better woh.

but does it really help much ah?? and sifu know? RM180 per stick eh.. hmm.gif

sounds like the "mini turbo" sold in Automotive Garage Sales. It's function sounds the same like what you said but just different look.

QUOTE(Xquisite @ Feb 27 2010, 11:58 AM)
