Just get a U3. I won't be surprised if the M14x is a little too big for the U2.

i mean placing the fan on the right spot.... you can see the correct way of placing fan on the box of your U3... you dont place it directly to the hot area... but a little away from the hot area... the fan blows away from the center.. so try and error with your HWM on as a guide...

Yeah, but I'm not sure whether the M14x will fit nicely on the cooler pad or not... Fit as in won't slide here and there haha laugh.gif
Because the laptop won't be big enough to be placed directly on the rubber surfaces of the cooler pad hmm.gif

@AlexLai, yeah, I'll probably go for U3 laugh.gif

Hard to say, since different cooler pads will work differently on different laptops sad.gif

Infinite is more to the left and right side of the laptop,
180mm and Infinite Evo is more to the center side,

Alienware laptops uses different programs than standard Dell laptops I think hmm.gif
I'm not really sure which program offers such a feature; though I've seen some forumer displaying it via using HWinfo32....
Well, the Klipsch speakers on the M14x is really nothing to shout about, apart from the additional bass from the subwoofer, the sound quality is still no better than the harman/kardon speakers in Toshibas laugh.gif
Wow, just Googled the earphones, looks naiiiice!! Actually I'm looking for an earphone as well ... how much did you buy yours bro? notworthy.gif

ok...just checked using hwmonitor, looks like not temperature problem, although it getting quite hot but it has nothing to do with the jerky computer performance... should look at other possible cause.... sad.gif( no more warranty on my 6400

Bought the S4i last christmas, which cost about 130 SGD and it is an import set from US. Got a bit discount for it, there are newer model S5i, which same range and now cost around 190 SGD. You should take a look at the high end , X10i, it's so light weight, <10gram.

it kind of silent all the time, so i can't tell whether it is running, but i can feel the crazy heat, 50~60 sounds reasonable?? that is when it is idle, and what troublesome is whenever i open a video or browsing website with flash, it start jerky.. now i can't pin point what is actually wrong...

50-60, you mean the temperature ? If that is idle, its quite high...
Jerky as in stutter or ? Sudden stop then resume or ?
