Anyone had use DPD Couriers Services went bought item from UK?

Can i know which company as their agent in Malaysia.

My supplier in UK use this company and that my first time use that services and i don't know which one's company in malaysia responsible to delivery to me.

I already call post malaysia, they told me, they not agent for that company only for Royal Mail if from UK.

Anyone know about it?

Yes..still no answer..i track my item still in custom..but i don't know which company as their agent in malaysia..very poor service for DPD because i already e-mail to DPD UK but still no reply it..

Why dont you spend some cash and call them up straight and enquire? It makes you understand easier where ur item is..

I already call them but only operator machine pickup and need to wait and wait..but my friend in singapore tell me, that service always slow and late delivery to receiver..

I guess you might have to wait and see when your parcel arrives.

Besides , there's not much information could be gathered on DPD services. No track of their domestic courier agent in MYS.

All i can say again is wait and see lor..

Finally i got DPD agent in Malaysia

It's DPEX Worldwide

After reach in singapore, that agent take over for delivery without info me on DPD tracking Website..

So tomorrow i call them to release my item from Customs..

Almost 1 week i seach it..

Finally get it..

does anyone know where i can track dpd when it arrived malaysia ?

i called dpex, but they said my tracking i provide does not have any record

on their companies.

btw i already track on dpd UK said the item on custom for clearance

I called Consol Express and they didn't have my parcel, they said however it could be with Aramex.

Called Aramex and it's with them, thank you guys for the info!

My experience was very good to receive a parcel from DPD courier services because I don't have the wait.No delays at the moment. I would suggest you to use always DPD. Ive had the same problem with DPD. then I stumbled upon this post. I've checked with Consol Express and they said that my parcel is with Poslaju and they gave me a new tracking number.

anyone know who is the latest agent for DPD? Call console express and parcel not with them. They ask call ninja van said they are also agent, but ninja van operator say they are not agent for DPD. any would help? parcel stuck since 21 June.

Hi you manage to find who is the agent? i also got parcel stuck for a week say "Back at parcel delivery centre after an unsuccessful delivery attempt." then no more attempt done, also no notification give me so i dont know who to call or where to collect

Ninja Van and Console Express are still the agents for DPD courier services. Just called in to check my packages, either one of the two will get the shipment.

ordered items online and they send item using DPD, it says, unable to deliver the parcel due to a query with the contact details provided.

Any idea how to retrieve the parcel or atleast contact number of their delivery agent?

reedit: checked DPD website it says their partner courier is ARAMEX. will call tomorrow and update to you guys. anyway review says aramex is the worst. worried they may lost my parcel. sad.gif

Hi guys,

I have an issue with DPD too. Supposed to arrived 18th of Dec, but till now no update. Track the parcel, since 16th no updates.

Checked Aramex, Ninja Van, Aramex, Console Express tracking no info. Only Linex have info, but it is the same info as DPD. Not sure who to call, they don't seem to have an office in Malaysia?

Any help is appreciated guys. 🙏

Bro check out the ninjavan tracking. Put in your DPD parcel number. Apparently Ninjavan is their counterparty in Malaysia - https://www.dpd.com/group/en/company/

Estimated delivery would take additional 2-3 days compared to the ETA provided by DPD...hope this helps

Hi Guys, im also having the same problem. I can't find the local courier for DPD. I specifically ordered an item from Dirtbikebitz Malaysia site but their items will come from the UK.

First i've tried to use their DPD Tracking number given by Dirtbikebitz from their site. So then i tried using that tracking number in postlaju, ninjavan, aramex, linex and have no data.

So this time i compared the tracking number given by Dirtbikebitz and in DPD and found out that its different by only having a letter "S" at the end of Dirtbikebitz site.

So i tried using the DPD Tracking number instead, example Tracking number 1xxxxxxxxx1345 on the sites stated above and i found it on NinjaVan

https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking

I hope this others track their orders from DPD.

Hopefully i can receive the item this week.

Just to share personal experience of DPD.

A friend of mine sent an item from the UK to Malaysia using DPD. I couldn't find who's their agent in Malaysia. But I ended up calling this courier company Consol Express Service Sdn Bhd - https://www.facebook.com/Consol-Express-Ser...04525718048353/

Their phone number during this writing is 03-7880 7552. Apparently, they are the agent for DPD in Malaysia.

They have passed my item to ABX Express with a new tracking number. So using that new tracking number I was able to track it on the ABX website.
