Asking on behalf of my brother, whats the brightest blue color CCFL or NEON? Any recomendation? I dont know which one better either ccfl or neon. Please provide necessary info on the recommended product/price also gonna see if he want or not. his bought his ccfl pink color he said it is disgusting
