hi all, i bought a subsale condo under dbkl. got the cukai pintu under the previous owner name. went and paid. do i need to change the name to mine at dbkl? is it important?

i got the form from dbkl hq, lots thing to fill in man.. sure need to fill up? i got change the mailing name and address, but not the property name..

Your lawyer is sleeping. He/she should do it for you. It is not easy to fill in the form.

i think u just need to go DBKL , get the form and fill it up. You also need to bring the S&P to show that u r the owner of the property.

i believe that's the change of owner forms for the quit rent & assessment. it is very str8 forward. not in ur S&P or loan agreement Lawyer's job of scope...
