it will connect to PC via Bluetooth.

When connects to PC, you could use it as a touchpad + mini keyboard + media key with backlight

it is just the communication protocol. If you already have bluetooth built in and limited USB, then only consider bluetooth. Else it's the same smile.gif Wireless is cheaper too!
