I need to refinance my existing loan..can any expert advice. Plaza Melaka Raya Service Apartment unit-B11-03 Loan Amount : RM 134269 Principal Loan Amount balance : RM126938 Current Bank : AmBank (more than 6 years already) Current BLR: 5.55% Current Installment : RM832 Property Market Value : unknown       |
