I'm not very familiar with Canada's education system so I can't say much on it. Probably they require you to have at least 12 years of formal education before you can enter their Degree programmes directly while we can enter some US universities directly with SPM + SAT so with that in mind ADP being equivalent to a US degree accepts students with just SPM.
If your planning to go to Aussie TBF is well accepted. I know a friend who continued their Degree in Aussie after TBF, he applied to most of the Go8 unis except Melbourne and Sydney and got offers from all of them recognizes TBF and he also applied to all the 5 ATN unis and only University of Technology Sydney seems to not recognize TBF.
From the conditional offers he has that I've seen some of the requirements are
Uni of Adelaide - Weighted Average Marks (WAM) 70
Monash Uni (Bachelor of Business & Commerce course) - WAM 65
University of Queensland - WAM 65
University of Western Australia - WAM 65
Curtin University - WAM 60
University of Tasmania - WAM 60

These requirements are not hard to meet lol ^^"
Also yeah like I said through the UniSA programme you can credit transfers to other Universities in Aussie after your first year. Taylor's has articulation agreements for their UniSA programme to transfer to UQ, RMIT, UTS and UWA. This agreements make it easier for the assessment of credits as it is already  agreed on paper which units is equivalent to which unit while you can also credit transfer to other Aussie unis though others would ask for details of the course structure and syllabus for them to assets to see if the units you took in Taylor's is equivalent to theirs so make sure to keep the copy of syllabus and structure if the lecturer post it on your first day of classes for the subjects or if not you could also request from the divisional office later of when you are trying to credit transfer.
