My aircond not even one month already start dripping water. I understand it's 2nd hand but you said you will come and take a look and fix it but till today, nothing has been done yet.

I really not sure what else to comment already.

I notice the problem when his technician is installing it and immediately ask them to fix them. Not problem occured until around end of February, I called, and he say his technician all resigned already. SMS-ed him and he say will come, but nothing has been done after that.

I bought 3 aircond from you, with installation cost me 3k, which is really a good bargain but don't know why you are not resolving the problems. If the things happen 3-4 months later, then I can accept that, but this one not even one month :S

The problem here is i don't know when you will come. My wife already started to make noise at me. Luckily its a small room for wardrobe and that's why i didn't shout you through the phone. Normally I'm quite a bad temper guy.

I rushed you also because my wardrobe is just beneath the aircond where the water drop. What happen when water meet wood?

To other potential buyer, seller is not really terrible. I can tell you will face almost the same thing even if you buy from elsewhere. The other 2 aircond I bought from him run PERFECTLY fine. No issue at all.
