Bro, I've waited long enough for your reply on either sms and call.

My aircond not even one month already start dripping water. I understand it's 2nd hand but you said you will come and take a look and fix it but till today, nothing has been done yet.

I really not sure what else to comment already.

same things happened to me too half year ago , even drag my repairing date like almost 5 months ** 5 months my father couldn't sleep well because of the aircond noise
and i've already fix the problem with another aircond technician ** ofcourse i pay for it .
probably ts business is 'too good' and forget about customer service

I notice the problem when his technician is installing it and immediately ask them to fix them. Not problem occured until around end of February, I called, and he say his technician all resigned already. SMS-ed him and he say will come, but nothing has been done after that.

I bought 3 aircond from you, with installation cost me 3k, which is really a good bargain but don't know why you are not resolving the problems. If the things happen 3-4 months later, then I can accept that, but this one not even one month :S

I bought 2 aircond from him .

The 1st aircond has problem just after about 20++ days using , and it started get noise , the noise is quite loud and it affect my father to sleep .
TS agreed to fix for me , i even call & sms like u too . but end up this case drag like almost 4 months + , so end up i called another technician & fixed it .
* cost me like RM150++ to fix it .

Another one is fine , but motherboard spoiled after half year using . so no choice .

Aaahhhhhhaaa....tks vr much to hunakadoo n temptation1314 for the much needed review..i was just about to call TS, reading yr review makes me stop...at these age of info freedom, TS shouldnt ignore customer complaint..now i scared alrdy, if buy form TS..others, beware !!! but saw TS other "bragging" post on how many other big client he has just installed, makes me wonder if buyer knows who TS is..

I was really in dilemma .. I was planning to save few bucks and go for 2nd hand but going thru this thread , I bet it is worth it to invest in a new model instead .

The air cond mentioned is the Water Pipe there leaking.. We will come... Dont worry... in these few days...

Product is OK... Execution part is abit problem nowadays..


Anyway... me and my workers actually food poisoning since Monday... very sorry

1st.. i apologise and very Sorry this 2 customers... need some time to adjust our Work since we have 1 team (retired ~ injured) and some jobs hanged....

Since yr 2010.. we have sold and installed thousands of used ACs... less than 1 % of complaint (based on 2 complaints - 1st one is human error * Water Pipe leaking & 2nd one is bcoz is MIDEA which this brand we not taking anymore).. BUT we will retify this....

The problem here is i don't know when you will come. My wife already started to make noise at me. Luckily its a small room for wardrobe and that's why i didn't shout you through the phone. Normally I'm quite a bad temper guy.

I rushed you also because my wardrobe is just beneath the aircond where the water drop. What happen when water meet wood?

If you can't come this or next week, do let me know. I'll ask other technician to fix it.

Try to think like this. You bought a car, your car broke down then they say they will come fix, but dunno when. What will you feel?

OK.... will come today.... will call you 1st.... SABAR.......

Sorry for all the rant but I'm really frustrated here.

To other potential buyer, seller is not really terrible. I can tell you will face almost the same thing even if you buy from elsewhere. The other 2 aircond I bought from him run PERFECTLY fine. No issue at all.
