** Its glad to see this customer expanded his venture to a 2 shoplot centre, with more than 10 tables today...
Still remember we advised him to apply the 3 phase electicity supply from tnb (meaning more cost incurred) in order enabled the 6.0 hp AC to be installed in the existing shoplot... and just last week, we installed another 2 sets of YORK 5.0 hp Ceiling Exposed ACs (used), and we did it with 1/2 of the cost (compare with installing New Sets)

** Over the years, we have been partnering .. and growing with a lot of new start ups, new ventures... D TRADE managed to fit into their Budgets.... allowing the money / capital saved to be utilised in "other things".

** We have customers who came here to buy our used ACs from as far as Kelantan, and one O & G firm even loaded into their "Kontena"... to Labuan. But i dont think we have any customers from sbh, srwk & perlis, yet..

** Almost 100 % of the used ACs that we supplied is either YORK or ACSON, " Condemn Rate " ???, honestly.. 0 (based on the total of 21 units of Used air conds that we supplied to Tropika, so far)

** More than rm17k is being saved from the 21 units of used ACs, installed in the 3 centres

Last week...

went to Bkt Tinggi Klang to deliver the 3.0 hp Cassette AC used to a Customer..

after that we went to the same restaurant where we had dinner before (1 yr 5 months ago)..

passed by this One Hill Pub (indian pub), haha... the YORK 6.0 hp Ceiling Exposed Air Cond (used) that we installed still running

still remember... that time this Pub just installed 7 units of 2.5 - 3.0 hp Ceiling Exposed ACs (used) from a Shop in Klang

more than half of them " tak boleh pakai " after few months....


We offered a solution.. a 50 % savings solution (compare to New Set), since their budget already limited during that time



So, we Installed...


Then...

Customers complaint.. too cold... especially those in front of the blower............ Aiyo......... Hehe


Eventually..


This pub expanded.... taken the other end lot.. seems to be very good business
