Yes, the balance deposit is after deducting based on your own calculation which is overcharged for piping works (not as initially agreed), extra length that do not exist and for half-done work (just mounting the blower on the ceiling without any termination can charge few hundred). That also i ask not to install blower first because my place still early renovation stage but for some stubborn reason you still proceed to mount.
Next time i give you half-done hair cut and charge you half price, want? Overall, i had to hire others to remove your incomplete job and redo again because all done wrongly. So i have to pay 150% for the new installation + another 50% that you charge for something not even correct. While waiting for your return from Johor (which has already been few weeks), i shall report to consumer association to see what actions can be taken against you.
