I plug off my LCD every day. The clock never resets.
Your LCD might have some problem. I suggest you contact the service center. Hopefully it's just a software bug. |

Left the TV at Standby mode is putting your TV at risk of lightning (although very rare). But it do happened.

my V-series does the same thing, my tv is always on standby..no idea why the clock will reset..
