13-01-12: PM pengiranijam in the afternoon & got his reply on 14-01-12. The enquiries & changes went on few rounds until I finalised the order on 24-01-12.
25-01-12: Banked-in the money in the morning at 7:58am, informed pengiranijam at 9:20am & got reply at 10:50am. Later, the order is confirmed at 7:14pm.
26-01-12: Received the tracking at 10:24am
30-01-12: Received shipment from US via DHL at 10:00am. Retail have made minor mistake on the shipment, PM pengiranijam at 12:54pm.
31-01-12: Received PM from pengiranijam to confirm the mistake. The claim went on until I received the refund on 10-02-12.
