its not a matter of believing him or not... i see u got the whole situation wrong.... u keep saying its 1 sided ts might have provoked it blahblahblah....

so.. if TS really did provoke it, if he flashed n honked abit aggresively maybe? does that give the other person a right to demand u to stop the car n come down? if ts fren really did say some wrong things when he went down n confronted those guys, does it give them the right to assault his friend? even if TS was the worse driver during the incident or if he provoked anger during confrontation, does it give them the right to trash his car so aggressively? that's just not civilized and that would put the other party at fault no matter what ts did or said to them because at the end of the day, they attacked him...

but i still believe ts, i'm just highlighting the parts where u have been completely blind to... cos he did say he saw them in another police station after the incident and the gangster was willing to settle outside n cover all costs, isn't that the gangster admitting that he was at fault for causing the damage and isnt it obvious he's willing to do that to avoid or cover further trouble?
