what do u mean burn?
if you have 2000LR, you can sell it off open market. if you want to keep, then come out with cash to convert to mother share.

sorry , i m an absolute noob in this , as i am holding 2000units of SCOMIEN so i am entitled for 444units of SCOMIEN-LR ? What will happen if i dun buy the 444units ? (appeared in my trading portfolio)

As in the case of SCOMI Engr, I sold off the LR, as it is not worth any in my opinion. But market after conversion pushed the Warrant up. Anything could happened.

for decision of the 444LR you can do some calculation.

SELL - earn how much?
CONVERT - how much u need to fork out?
