QUOTE(Viperion @ Jul 8 2010, 01:21 AM) Added on July 8, 2010, 2:27 am What is the cost of the headphone + external sound card. IMHO, I'd rather spend one shot on a headphone rather then keep on adding devices. Reason being is this laptop is already a pain to carry around and adding more stuff is going to add to the burden. Not to mention the issues with space if you plan to bring it along with you on a trip. Imagine cramped in a bus/plane with little space and you take this huge thing out then trying to look for space to put that external sound card to use with your headphone. No thank you Added on July 8, 2010, 3:17 amhow long did it take u to create a full recovery disc? This post has been edited by devkamal: Jul 8 2010, 03:17 AM |

QUOTE(Jeffrey1987 @ Jul 8 2010, 06:28 AM) @ Viperion its a good headset, even i considered to buy it, look the previous posts. but much like megalodon it produces virtual surround sound, and its reported that some games arent compatible with the headset.. I agree. We should get dealership for Malaysia or even wider South East Asia region for promoting Ken Lee of GenTechPC. As for all the Malaysian out there . . . strictly speaking only the Low Yatt members For the headset, I plan to buy Logitech G35 to replace my current Roccat Kave. Do you guys think that is a good idea? about the virtual sound, in many reviews they said theres little or no difference at all between true surround and virtual surround... check out these 2, cyber snipa sonar 5.1 tritton axpc.... Added on July 8, 2010, 1:27 pmlogitech g35 scored very well here.. http://www.tomsguide.com/us/Surround-Sound...eview-1357.html This post has been edited by devkamal: Jul 8 2010, 01:27 PM |

QUOTE(evern @ Jul 8 2010, 05:37 PM) Priority mail and Express mail is both from USPS, should be able to get it by the 17th if you buy now Thanks... here's what i get for priority mail vs express mail from wikipedia Express Mail - "Overnight Guaranteed" to most locations[54] Sunday and holiday delivery available for additional charge $100 insurance included Flat rate envelope available. Otherwise, variable pricing by weight, size, and ZIP code. Priority Mail - 2 or 3-day service (not guaranteed)[54] Flat rate envelope and boxes (various sizes) available. Otherwise, variable pricing by weight, size, and ZIP code. I shipped my G73JH-RBBX05 from california for USD111.25 so i assume there isn't much price different, A1-A2 model will be USD149 for USPS express because it comes with backpack, this is according to shipping quotation from www.hidevolution.com. i will email ken lee tommorow evening...
