Do you mean by Cyber Snipa? I have never heard this brand before and it was my 1st time to hear it from NBR. 

Go for SSD!  Don't waste your money on CPU.

What is the cost of the headphone + external sound card. IMHO, I'd rather spend one shot on a headphone rather then keep on adding devices. Reason being is this laptop is already a pain to carry around and adding more stuff is going to add to the burden. Not to mention the issues with space if you plan to bring it along with you on a trip. Imagine cramped in a bus/plane with little space and you take this huge thing out then trying to look for space to put that external sound card to use with your headphone. No thank you
